Empowering Women in Agriculture and Beyond
Women are central to agricultural production, yet they often face systemic barriers to opportunity and leadership. Gender equity is not just a matter of justice—it is essential for sustainable and inclusive growth. At Stratum Institute, we focus on empowering women leaders, supporting gender-responsive policies, and addressing inequalities in access to resources and decision-making.
Our work highlights the critical role women play in agricultural sectors, from smallholder farmers to global supply chain leaders. By fostering programs that promote leadership, education, and financial inclusion, we aim to unlock the full potential of women in agriculture. Gender equity is key to transforming communities and ensuring that agricultural systems are resilient and inclusive.
Projects will include case studies on women-led agricultural initiatives, frameworks for gender-responsive policies, and strategies for addressing systemic barriers.
